Assuming travel from a typical U.S. origin (major U.S. airport), here are options to reach Delaware, Ohio by plane plus ground transfers — choose based on cost, time, and convenience.
Major nearby airports (choose one based on schedules/prices):

John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH) — 25–30 miles south (fastest).
Port Columbus Airport (same as CMH) — alternate name.
Akron–Canton Airport (CAK) — ~85 miles northeast.
Cleveland Hopkins International (CLE) — ~90 miles northeast.

Dayton International (DAY) — ~80 miles southwest.

Ground-transfer specifics to Delaware, OH (from CMH)
Rental car: fastest and most flexible; roads are I-270 N to I-71 N toward Delaware.
Rideshare/taxi: convenient for solo travelers; expect 35–45 minutes and variable fares.
Shuttle/private car: book in advance for groups or corporate travel.
